Earrings

I know it is a bit early but these lovely lampwork beads really bring spring to mind. They are a lime green with white flowers on them, accentuated with Swarovski Crystals.

These glass beads were bought at a Christmas Market in Cologne, Germany. They are a candy pink, clearish with gold splashes within. Fun and a bit sophisticated.

These are fun and cheerful red lampwork glass cubes with funky little dots. They are strung on wire and put inside a metal thick circle. Different and quite striking on.

Lovely little hand made glass balls with white and pink swirls in them. These are topped with little glass leaves topped and bottomed with red swarovski crystals. They are hung on simple hooks

Fairly recently I started working more frequently with copper. I bought large industrial coils and began working with them, filing and cutting. I really like the result - copper and turquoise look pretty and earthy together, and are hung on large copper hooks. These would go really nicely with jeans and tshirts - a nice casual everyday look

These are lovely earrings. Wiggly sterling silver wishbones dangle from hooks, and large parapadascha Swarovski bicones dangle from the base. Elegant and still fun.

These are large and fun but really lightweight. I made these out of resin and dyes in several layers to get the depth and colour. They are made in a vintage german candy mold and you wont see others walking around your neighborhood with them! Time to bring a little spring into February!

These are so pretty and very light. They are hollow, hand blown venetian glass speheres, and are topped and finished with swarovski crystals. The metal is a nickel free base metal.

Im kinda especially proud of this pair of earrings. It was my first time working with copper tubing, I had just gotten my Dremel, and the good times rolled. This pair are all copper metal with a lovely carnelian stone, in orange red hues. They have some dangle to the chain to add some movement. All in all a lovely pair of earrings (if I do say so myself, which I guess I just did).

Cats - gosh they are cute. Fluffy, loveable. Whats not to like. But us real cat people know the truth - fur and fangs and eating and purring and biting and pooping. Thats the real cats. To me these earrings epitomize the more real cat - they arent smiling or fluffy and look like they may enjoy a pet or they may take a bite out of you. Ok maybe im stretching here a bit. Maybe they are cute little stylized earrings. But maybe they are also alien cat creatures, here on earth to tame people kind and eat all our tuna...maybe.
